RETURNS

SO GOOD SOAP Co’s returns policy is governed by the Consumer Contracts Regulations that came into force on 13 June 2014:

This states that customers have 14 days after the day on which the goods come into the physical possession of the consumer or the
person that he/she asks you to deliver the goods to to cancel their order.

We can only accept returns on unopened and unused soaps, accessories and gift boxes. Goods that arrive with us in an unsalable condition may be subject to a reduction in the refund value.

The original postage costs will be refunded when returning an item, but not the returns postage. If an express delivery service or similar was originally used to send the goods, then this will not be refunded – the normal shipping rate will apply.

Returns will be processed by us within 5 working days of receiving the returned items. The refund will then be processed by Paypal in accordance with its refund policies.

Returns must be sent to the following address: Returns, 193, Homestead Way,  CRO ODY.

DELIVERY QUERIES

Details of the timescale within which you can expect your delivery to arrive varies by destination country. Details can be found in the footer of our website in the ‘Help’ section.

For UK Deliveries, the timescale within which you can expect your delivery to arrive will depend on the delivery method you have selected.

All the packages we send out include a delivery confirmation provided to us by the courier responsible for delivering your parcel.

If you have not received your parcel outside of the delivery timescale stated in our help pages, please contact us for help. You must contact us within 14 days of the shipment of your parcel to raise a delivery query. Queries lodged out of this timescale will not necessarily be able to be actioned by us.

In the instance that a parcel shows as ‘delivered’ by one of our couriers, but you believe you are not in possession of the parcel, we will do our best to help.

It is at our discretion whether we chose to offer you any sort of compensation for the apparent ‘non-delivery’ of your parcel as the courier will have confirmed to us delivery of your parcel, and the liability for its whereabouts lies with the courier.

If you wish to further explore the ‘non delivery’ of your parcel, we recommend liaising with the courier company directly. We will gladly provide you with the reference number(s) required by the courier for locating your parcel – please contact us for this information.

COMPLAINTS

If you wish to make a complaint, please write to us at Complaints, 193,HomesteadWay CRO ODY; or email us on hello [at] sogoodsoap@mail.com or call us on 07927132695.
